How to Find Us

Urban Yoga’s Zen-inspired studio & healing center is conveniently located at One Lexington in downtown Phoenix – just off Metro Light Rail Station #7-Central/Osborn. Whether you’re new to yoga or a regular practitioner, you’ll be warmly welcomed at our Urban retreat.

Directions from Scottsdale: Head south on AZ-51, take the Thomas Rd exit, go west on Thomas, turn right onto N Central, turn right on Lexington. Arrive at Urban Yoga, 3225 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012.

Directions from Tempe: Head west on the 202, merge onto the I-10 toward Central Phoenix/LA. Take the 7th st. exit, go N on 7th street, turn left onto McDowell, turn right onto Central, turn right on Lexington. Arrive at Urban Yoga, 3225 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012.

Free Parking is available on the ground floor of adjacent parking garage on Lexington & there is also street parking on Lexington.
